When and Where!
The SDMC meet locally on a regular bases throughout the year with the second Wednesday of the month being the official 'club night' where we are generally out and about but then meet in the Riverside Inn, Bovey Tracey in the summer and the Sportsman's Arms, Ivybridge in the winter.

HOW TO JOIN
The club welcomes Hill walkers, Rock Climbers and Mountaineers of all abilities and aspirations, if you're interested in joining, come along to one of the meets or contact us for a chat. The Outdoor climbing meets are now in full swing - check the rota below to see were we are likely to be. Generally it is good to turn up with some one because there is no guarantee that members will be there and as always the weather has the final say.

SKILLS SESSIONS
A number of members have asked if they could be shown some new skills, the club are considering the following subjects for members to discuss and have a go/ work out;

3. Escaping he system
4. Multi-directional runners
5. Cams in Limestone
6. Abseiling past a knot
7. Extracting wires
